Dr Jugal Kishore loves for his services can be seen through the commendable work he has done for the community at large. His work is not only confined to local level but at national level too. He has rendered his services to many NGO‘s for their health and social services activities. He had headed the department of Community Medicine in BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, Nepal .He had opened Psychosocial health clinic at Nangla Machi Health Center of the Department of Community Medicine Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi for the first time in India .

Health Check up Camp for the vulnerable group of community at Bal Sehyog Cannought Place New Delhi 110001 was by the IMSA in association with Vardhman Mahavir Medical College where more than 150 runs away and street children were examined and treatments were given beside anthropometric and blood examination on 20.12.2015.

UN International Youth Day was celebrated on 12 and 13 August 2015 in a medical college and a School involving adolescent and youth students where they were educated, motivated, participated in various health activities (300).
School Health Camp organized in Bhagwati Sarla Paliwal Educational Society at Jattari Dist. Training Coordinator: WHO Alerted Phase 5 level for India for H1N1 influenza pandemic on 1st May 2009 and in response to this government of NCT Delhi entrusted the job of training of government medical officers of Delhi for its preparedness. As a training coordinator Government of NCT Delhi more than 200 from Delhi government and 30 doctors from NDMC were trained on Swine Human Influenza H1N1 from 8th May to 21st May 2009. Lecture on Swine Flu was also delivered to Max hospital Patpargunj, then IMA members of West Delhi. Doctors of NDMC and MCD were also trained in June and July 2009.
